When you use RiseLab we store the training data you create: workouts, sets, reps, weights, templates, custom exercises, personal records, and progress over time. This data powers your history, stats, and AI coaching features.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number or banking details on our servers — the payment processor handles that securely. We retain limited records such as your subscription status and billing history.

We use your information to provide and improve the app: to track and display your workouts, generate AI-powered coaching and programs, maintain your subscription, secure your account, and communicate important updates.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the app (such as hosting, database, authentication, and payment processing), or when required by law. Community content you choose to publish — like shared plans, crews, or a public profile — is visible to others by your choice.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and keep the app working reliably. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete content — such as workouts, templates, or plans — it is removed from your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You can access, update, or delete much of your data directly in the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us to exercise these rights.

RiseLab is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
