Trust & Privacy

Your data, protected

This page is maintained by the RiseLab team to answer common security and privacy questions about the app.

Account & authentication

Sign in with email and password or Google. Your session is managed securely and you can sign out at any time from Settings.

Data access controls

Your workouts, templates, custom exercises, and stats are private to your account. Access rules are enforced at the database level so that only you can read or change your own data. Community content (shared plans, crews, public profiles) is visible only when you choose to share it.

What we store

We store the data you create in the app — your profile, workouts, sets, templates, and any plans or crews you join. We do not sell your data.

Hosting & infrastructure

RiseLab runs on managed, industry-standard cloud infrastructure that provides our database, authentication, and serverless hosting. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on access-controlled servers.

Deleting your data

You can delete content you create — such as workouts, templates, shared plans, and crews — directly in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the address below.

Security & privacy contact

Have a question or want to report a security concern? Reach out to the RiseLab team and we'll get back to you.

For full details on what data we collect and how it is used, see our Privacy Policy. This page describes the app's current practices and is editable project content — it is not an independent certification or audit.
